I have been attending the US Pro Cycling Championship in Philadelphia since its inception. ( I did miss it one year while in West Virginia for the 24 Hours of Canaan.) Every year I have photographed the race and I think that this years batch of pix looks pretty good. So I have decided to share them with you. I will try and give you as much information about the shot as I can, but I am afraid that will be very little. I am not so interested in the facts of the event, but more in the look of the race.

Also: Cheltenham Classic photos from July 1, 2001! Click here to get there.

If this imagery interests you and you are interested in using me for your photo needs, please visit my portfolio and then contact me.

For the techno people out there, it is all done on Kodachrome 200 and transferred via scanner. Most of it is flash fill. No motor drive. No autofocus. No automobile. I do use a tripod and I lug it all around on my touring bike.

For those of you who are interested in using some of these shots for your own personal use; go right ahead. However, if you would like to use any of them for any kind of monetary gain or promotion, please contact me for permission first.
